Thelen LLP's trustee, Yann Geron, hit six equity partners with lawsuits alleging they were overpaid before the firm dissolved.
The suits are the latest attempt to recoup some of the defunct firm's losses by taking aim at attorneys who received loans for various reasons. Geron alleges the partners were fronted more money than the partnership agreements allowed, and that the partners therefore owe any excess compensation.
