McLane Law Welcomes Eric T. Shediac

June 1, 2011, Woburn, Massachusetts - The McLane Law Firm with four offices in Woburn, Massachusetts, and Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord, New Hampshire, is pleased to announce that Eric T. Shediac has joined the firm's Corporate Real Estate Department.

Eric concentrates his practice in real estate law and institutional lending. He represents developers and investors in the acquisition, sale, development, and leasing of both commercial and residential real estate. He represents corporate clients with their business law needs including the review and preparation of corporate formation documents, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, partnership agreements, as well as both asset and stock purchase agreements.
