Federal Register: FINRA Proposes Amending TRACE Rules For Certain Hedging Transactions

FINRA's proposal to amend Rule 6730 ("Transaction Reporting of TRACE-Eligible Securities") to extend the reporting period and adopt a new modifier to identify certain transactions was published in the Federal Register. Comments on the proposal must be submitted by May 21, 2019.
