11th Anniversary Of Blogging! And Net Neutrality Is Still Unresolved!

On August 1, 2008 I posted my first blog about Net Neutrality entitled " Proposed Net Neutrality Bill in the US Congress," and as of today Net Neutrality is still a hotly contested federal and state issue.
