McLane Director Bruce Felmly Appointed To The Rules Advisory Committee For The United States Court Of Appeals For The First Circuit

July 11, 2011, Manchester, NH: The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that Bruce Felmly has been appointed by Chief Judge Sandra Lynch to the Rules Advisory Committee for the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

The Rules Advisory Committee makes recommendations regarding the rules of practice and internal operating procedures for the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the First Circuit Judicial Council. His appointment is for a three-year term.

Bruce is consistently recognized as one of the leading trial lawyers of business disputes in New Hampshire and regionally, as well as maintaining a strong practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases. Bruce serves as co-chair of the McLane Law Firm’s Litigation Department.

Bruce is a Fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers, having served on the Board of Regents from 2006-2010. He has been active in the New Hampshire Bar Association, serving as President in 1995, and is a member of the American Law Institute.
