Joseph A. Foster To Lead McLane's Management Committee

January 3, 2012, MANCHESTER, NH: The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that Joseph A. Foster will lead the firm's Management Committee in 2012.

A Director with the firm for more than twenty years, Joe is the Chair of McLane's Bankruptcy Practice Group. He represents creditors ranging from small private lenders to nationally recognized banks and finance companies in out of court restructurings and chapter 11 reorganizations. He works with business and individuals in all aspects of bankruptcy matters from prosecuting and defending litigation arising in bankruptcy court to counseling buyers of assets from businesses in bankruptcy. Joe also assists financially troubled businesses and individuals in loan restructurings and workouts.

Joe also works with the firm's Government Relations Group.
