FDA Extends Compliance Dates For Food Safety Modernization Act Implementing Rules

Effective August 24, 2016, FDA issued a final rule extending the compliance dates for four of the seven foundational rules that are part of FDA's implementation of the Food Safety Modernization Act ("FSMA").
