Supreme Court Holds Collective Licensing of NFL Teams' Intellectual Property Subject to Antitrust Scrutiny
The Supreme Court held Monday that the NFL's centralized licensing of NFL team intellectual property rights did not protect those licensing decisions from the Sherman Act prohibition against collective conduct that unreasonably restrains trade.
