17th Annual Labor & Employment Forum

Description: The Labor and Employment Forum provides timely, specialized and practical information on a range of labor and employment topics presented by Tennessee�s premier labor and employment practitioners. This year�s topics include labor and employment developments on the state and federal level, employment arbitration agreements, NLRB issues and updates, a roundtable discussion on FLSA issues, and legal ethics. The Forum will conclude with a talk from United States Magistrate Judge C. Clifford Shirley on discovery and federal practice issues in the labor and employment context. This information-packed, full-day program will provide 6 CLE hours, including 1 hour of ethics credit. Continental breakfast will also be provided.
